Micro Tech I Southwest, Inc. employs fully automated and semi-automated presses with automated color processing, robotic assisted and automated sprue and part removal. With the use of Scientific Molding Procedures, our team can establish a process that repeats itself run after run.

With on-site tool maintenance and repair your tooling investment is protected from premature deterioration or damage. After every production run, your mold is inspected and prepared for the next order. While in waiting, your tools are stored on secure shelving in a temperature-controlled area.
