How do we do it?
ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Certified Management System for plastic injection molding,
using
Scientific Molding Procedures, means Zero defect production. Zero defect
production means our customers are so confident with our plastic injection
molding services that, in many cases, we ship directly to their stock,
eliminating the need for any incoming inspection.
Our equipment and
processes include:
- Laboratory analysis or supplier
certification of all purchased raw materials.
- Full range of Measuring and
Test Equipment such as our Mitutoyo QV 404Pro - CNC Vision Measuring
System with Optional 2 Port Touch Probe Kit, 16x16x10” measuring
range, statistical analysis and gage R&R software. (pictured)
- All
inspection equipment calibrated and traceable to National
Standards.
- All electronic gauging linked
to computer software for statistical analysis and record keeping.
- Gage Repeatability and
Reproducibility studies to ensure data is highly accurate.
- First Article Inspections
performed prior to production and after any engineering changes.
- Control Plans to document how
your product will be manufactured.
- Capability Studies to
demonstrate our process is stable and not
producing defects.
